This is the much beloved “Robin DR 400”. It sees wide spread civil use all around the world. Many know it from the Microsoft Flight Simulator.
The model is made for real-time use. With 10381 faces/20877 tris it is considered low- to mid-poly. It is certainly easy on the calculations. Textures range from 512px to 2048px resolution with details baked into normal maps. The normals format is DirectX (used by Unreal Engine) but can of course be Y-flipped for use in OpenGL-format based engines like Cycles or Unity.
Moveable parts are separated and pivoted. Neutral textures (white) included. The glass-canopy has an opacity-map but you’ll likely want to create a glass shader in your render-engine of choice. Delivery includes the original Blender file plus FBX and GLB formats.
