DESCRIPTION

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 13 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 ARGO gliding school. This diorama shows a complete set of an gliding school. They use Schleicher K7 Rhoenadler for training. Those glider airplanes were built in the 1960s and are very easygoing to fly. The students learn to start by a winch, which pulls the airplane up to 450m.

I learned how to fly gliders on the K7 in the year 2000.

Everything in this model was made specially for the 3D challenge 215. (yes even the figures and cars... i have too much time on my hand at the moment, sorry...).
