Low Observable UAV Testbed (LOUT).This is a mysterious program designed to a better understanding of cutting-edge very low-observable design, material and manufacturing sciences.

About Model:Medium polygon model with animated elements.All elements of the model are completely based on textures, and do not depend on the settings of materials.(Please note the model does not contain cockpit elements).
