The Hawker Sea Fury is a British designed and built fight airplane manufactured by the Hawker Aircraft Company at the end of World War II. It was the last piston-engine aircraft used by the Royal Navy before the jet age made them obsolete. They continued in service as a ground attack aircraft through the UN Operations in the Korean Conflict. The Sea Fury was a development of earlier Tempest aircraft and was the pinnicle of reciprocating engine powered aircraft being one of the fastest aircraft of that type. They have been used in unlimited class racing. They are also a prized possession for a very wealthy collector, museum or a racing enthusiast
