Boeing 707-E6B Mercury 3D model

Mercury is built near to scale and is fully textured. The Model has many animateable features including the flaps, ailerons, elevators, rudder, landing gear retractions, landing gear doors and turbines. It includes a lot of radio antennas placed on the fuselage as on the real aircraft. This model is designed to be a static model in a ground scene or an model used in an in-flight animation.

The E6B Mercury is a Boeing 707-E6B electronic communications relay aircraft used by the US Navy. It incorporates the ability for US Naval ships and units to be able to communicate around the world with commanders and other personnel or units in a secure environment. It operates in conjunction with the E4B Nightwatch and the MOUS COMSAT systems.
