Blackburn Skua MkII

Blackburn Skua MkII 3D model

Description

The Blackburn Skua was the first British dive bomber used in early WW2. The representation of the interior of the aircraft is simple modeling. The texture of the original data may have been changed due to exporting. Landing gear of the model is divided into flight state and landing state parts. Other operating parts are separated. However, please note that the rig is not reflected in the model. (The wing folding mechanism is not reproduced.) This model is not intended for use in games or other low-polygon applications. This model is not for 3D printing. Please be careful when purchasing.

A great model of the Blackburn Skua, an early-war aircraft used by the Royal Navy's Fleet Air Arm. The Skua was designed to serve as both a fighter and dive bomber. The Royal Navy used it extensively in the Norwegian Campaign and the Mediterranean before replacing it with the Fairey Fulmar in 1941. One of several aircraft used by the Fleet Air Arm in WW2 modeled by this creator, including the Blackburn Skua, Blackburn Roc, Sea Hurricane, Fairey Sea Fox, Supermarine Walrus, Gloster Gladiator, and Brewster Buffalo. Geometry is excellent and logically separated into subcomponents that make it easy to work with in applications like Unity and Blender. Includes diffuse (albedo) and bump (normal) map textures and a well-organized UV map that makes creating your own textures easy. Very happy with my purchase.
