Update: Great customer service! Designer promptly addressed most of my concerns. Original (edited): STL of FA-XX needed Microsoft repair to slice it without losing about a third of the model. Even then the wingtips disappeared during slicing, even at 1.5x (which would make them thicker). Used Prusaslicer for MK4.
