McDonnell Douglas MD-88 LP SS

McDonnell Douglas MD-88 LP SS Low-poly 3D model

Description

This low poly model was built near to scale. It includes as much detail as possible in a 15000 poly model. It has landing gear and doors although they are fixed. The model uses a single sheet texture material of 2048x 2048 size with as much detail and realism as possible and an all white livery.

The MD-88 is a twin-engine short to medium range single aisle jet commercial aircraft. It is a development from the MD-80 family of aircraft. MD-81, MD-82, and MD-83 use the same size fuselage but have different aircraft operational range. The MD-80 series includes the MD-80, MD-81, MD-82,MD-83,MD87, MD88. The MD-87 has a shorter fuselage and a capacity of 133 passengers in a single class compared to the MD-81,82, 83 and 88 which carry up to 177. The MD-95 would later be developed into the Boeing 717. MD80s were introduced in 1980 and many are still flying all over the world. It could carry between 130-177 passengers depending on variant and seating configuration.
