C-130 Hercules 3D model

Description

The Lockheed Martin C-130 Hercules is a four-engine turboprop high-wing aircraft that serves as the primary military transport aircraft for military forces in many parts of the world. Capable of landing and taking off from short or unprepared runways, he was originally an army carrier and cargo aircraft now also used in a wide variety of roles, including airborne infantry, weather surveillance, aerial refueling, aerial firefighting, and air ambulance. Today there are more than 40 models of Hercules, including several gunboats, and are also used in more than 50 countries. Serving more than 50 years, the C-130 family has set great records for its reliability and durability, participating in military, civilian, and humanitarian aid. The C-130 family has the longest production history of any military aircraft. The first prototype YC-130 flew on August 23, 1954 from the Lockheed factory in Burbank, California, United States. The turboprop engine was piloted by Stanley Beltz and Roy Wimmer. After both prototypes were completed, production moved to Marietta, Georgia, where more than 2,000 C-130s were built
