Description

The fuel quantity indicator shows depending on the position of the FUEL QTY SEL switch the remaining fuel in the selected fuel-tank (the instrument has two indicators). The fuel system of the F-16 is based on the Forward/ Right Left/Aft layout. The fuel is divided into two systems, the F/R and L/A, and is fed from both systems to the engine. In this way balance is maintained and the aircraft does not become too nose or tail heavy or have a tendency to roll. The Fuel Quantity Indicator is located at the right aux console. The amount is displayed in Lbs x 100.

The model was created in Blender 2.79 for the Cycles engine, the textures and materials are PBR based. The model has been rigged with a simple Empty for easy animation.
