Beautiful. Has definitely got that 'been around for a while' look, and not brand-new old buildings like some people make (that don't look as real). This is great! Keep up the great work. Next time this site has a sale I will have to pick these up. Curious what the UV maps look like (if UV edges are sewn or duped, to keep FPS up; or if it's a ton of draw calls due to disconnected UV's). I only ask as it's a ton of work to prepare them if the UV's aren't made for real-time 3D. It's a very beautiful building none-the-less. I don't think I could make one this genuine looking.
