This is a model of a bridge for my game and I am sharing this for free. You can use this for any commercial or non-commercial products under the royalty free license. But keep in mind that this model is not yet game-ready as it is above 90k tris. So you may need to make LODs for this in game. If you want you can increase the power of the decimate modifier in the blend file to lower the polygons further but I would suggest you to use inbuilt LOD creation tools in game engines for better results.
Have a look at my indie game map: https://youtu.be/AGiucA9QJAI
Note:
If applying your own texture in another software you have to use the same scale as shown in the blender screen shot or you can find it out in the material editor itself. Another way you can do is combine all meshes and then UV unwrap and scale up the UV map but that may cause tiling seams to be noticed so not recommended. 3.FBX, OBJ files don't have the texture applied so apply your own textures and follow the scaling shown by me in the render photos or included in the all files zip file. (You can also try to set your own scaling as your liking and depending on the texture you are using. :p.)
Sorry my pc is not strong enough to handle rendering frequently so leaving some work for texturing to you guys. ;)
