Description
A modern Japan street with modular buildings. A good mix of generic buildings and more specific ones, residential and a couple basic storefronts. Includes powerlines, pylons, basic sidewalk. .MB file includes sun hooked up to SunDirection node for good lighting and time of day. Does not come with base textures, as it's meant to use your custom tiled materials. I didn't see many modern Japanese streets on CGTrader so I thought I should add my own!
Note: This model is NOT UVed. It is only UVed where there is a normalmap (brick, roll-up door, stone and tile accents). A couple negative user reviews mentioned the lack of UVs, where there was already a note about this, so I have made this note more clear. If you are looking for UVs, I plan on updating this model at some point in the near future so stay tuned :)

Poorly organized structure in Maya scene.
No UDIMs, UV mapping is unmanageable without mesh extraction.
No description on what normal map goes to what surface/geometry part.
Although it's a nice set piece with many details, author should pay more attention to customer needs. Especially for this price.
