Tech Note:

I've also provided JPEGS for convenience. The assets are linked to the 4k PNG maps by default.

Created in 3ds Max / Zbrush / Substance Painter.

I bumped up the RGB levels of the Gloss maps in the material editor > gloss map roll out to provide a little more reflection.

Nice design, good ideas but to many errors. Ive try to use the fbx files for Unreal engine. First the pivot points are not in the middle of the mesh (by all meshes) but far away of them. Second there are Import Errors of Zero Tangents and Zero Bi-normals. Can be only fixed in 3DS Max. There is an option to “Export Tangents and Bi-Normals” with the FBX. Must be change the import option from ‘Calculate Normals’ to “Import Normals and Tangents”. Next the collisions by edges of 2 walls and windows, holes and doors are false. Price is ok but no use with those errors. Waste of time and money.

These 'look' great... although, unfortunately I didn't notice the "built in Max" so I now have what look to be awesome models that I'm not able to open. Doh!!!.
