Description
Demo Scene file from my SOUTH AMERICAN BUILDING collection. This included all the props and all the buildings and also ground, vegetation etc. just open the file and it's ready to go. everything is handmade by me with attention to detail, really good model to use for film, VFX, or game. 2K texture included. PBR ready. normal maps, specular, roughness etc. no triangle or ngon. only quad. uv mapped. medium poly 3d model. easy if you want to change the texture.(all pbr texture included in the pack). this is part of my South American Building Pack. be sure to check my page. save more by buying the pack. thank you. -----this collection is the same thing like the demo file model.-----DEMO SCENE FILE ONLY IN BLENDER FORMAT

I hate to do it, but I have to give this a negative rating. So far I've only worked with the first building, and have spent at least 5 hours cleaning it up. 10 materials, overlapping UV's, topology is very bad. I had to re-UV map it and bake textures to reduce materials, which is a key peformance issue in games. 9 more to go... not looking forward to it.
