Description

Adapters was created for charging US spec. tesla cars on CCS Combo 2 chargers and type2 cargers. It is not toy 3d models, a prototypes was made and tested under this projects. The adapters is produced in a certain quantity and tested in practice, you can find confirmation in my profile. For production you will need cnc milling, turning, soldering, pressing. Its 2nd generation adapters, I have more convenient and technically competent designs for sale, look in the profile. But you can save money on this, and you will also save by buying a collection of two adapters at once.

You can use it for manufacturing, projecting your custom thigs or just render. Dimension full comparsion to IEC standart.

!!! Attention !!! The projects was created before the publication of the open standard NACS (Tesla), so some of the dimensions do not correspond to it and were assigned at my discretion. However, the design is fully functional. Initially, some elements were simplified in order to facilitate manufacturing by CNC milling. !!!

Project contains files PDF 3d\IGES(igs)\STEP(stp)\STL\3MF\AMF. There are no working drawings in this project because it was made on the basis of my other adapter (check out the profile if you want to fully understand all the nuances, they are there) Check my other EV connectors 3d models.
