If you need to change the size, you can always load the model in any 3D package and scale it(Many formats are attached, such as obj, fbx and etc), or do it right away in your software for a 3D printer.

does it come with a 3dm file, and rhino

Hi! You can import into Rhino as a mesh, but this is not a procedural model, it was originally made as a sculpture in a specialized software. There is no Rhino 3dm file in the kit (but I repeat, the import of the .obj or .fbx file works fine)

Only have 3 models not FOUR models missing is the caduceus...... which is why I ordered this. I thought it was in the pkg when I purchased but when I now re-download. it is missing......

All models look great with all their details.
The snakes tongue was too thin for 3D printing but it was no problem to adjust that to the necessary degree. I really love the result!
