These lightsabers arerepresentative of parts obtainable in Jedi: Fallen Order video game. Just like the game, these lightsaber kits are compatible with each other, and parts can be mixed and matched to make your own cutom saber! Color previews included to show potential finished product. Does not represent an actual print.

Each saber comes with a solid prop (uncut) lightsaber, as well as broken up into sections. Each section is named the same way for all my lightsaber designs.

Cal Kestis/Jaro Tapal Lightsaber

• This is what I imagined the 'repaired' version of his lightsaber could be, so that the parts are more easily interchangeable with my other saber parts. This is not a 1:1 replica of the game model, which appears damaged near the pommel area. This hilt is 454 mm (17.8 in) long when assembled as a single bladed hilt, and 643 mm (25.3 in) long when assembled as a dual bladed lightsaber. The diameter of the grip is about 1.75 in (45 mm).
• This hilt will accept a 1" diameter Blade. The interior has a diameter of 29mm for electronics installation. The emitter has a 8mm hole leading to the blade end, enough for wiring to pass through. If you need modification for a specific kit, shoot me a message!
• ASSEMBLY: The Lightsaber Assembly kit contains models for putting your hilt together. It comes with press fit parts, as well as threaded parts for easy customization. This model uses the following adapters for each part:
• Emitter to Switch: 24 mm
• Switch to Sleeve: 32 mm
• Sleeve to Pommel: 32 to 24 mm adapter

Cere Junda Lightsaber

• This hilt is 270 mm (10.6 in) long when assembled as a single bladed hilt. The diameter of the grip is about 1.8 in (47 mm).
• This hilt will accept a 1" diameter Blade. The interior has a diameter of 29mm for electronics installation.
• ASSEMBLY: The Lightsaber Assembly kit contains models for putting your hilt together. It comes with press fit parts, as well as threaded parts for easy customization. This model uses the following adapters for each part:
• Emitter to Switch: 32 mm
• Switch to Sleeve: 32 mm
• Sleeve to Pommel: 32mm

Duty and Resolve Lightsaber

• This hilt is 289 mm (11.375 in) long when assembled as a single bladed hilt. The Dual bladed version is 489 mm (19.25 in). The diameter of the grip is about 1.75 in (45 mm). This hilt will accept a 1" diameter Blade. The interior has a diameter of 29-30mm for electronics installation.
• ASSEMBLY: The Lightsaber Assembly kit contains models for putting your hilt together. It comes with press fit parts, as well as threaded parts for easy customization. It is recommended you print adapters at a high infill % for strength. This model uses the following adapters for each part:
• Emitter to Switch: 32 mm
• Switch to Sleeve: 32 mm
• Sleeve to Pommel: 32mm

Elemental Nature Lightsaber

• This hilt is 298 mm (11.75 in) long when assembled as a single bladed hilt. The Dual bladed version is 459 mm (18 in). The diameter of the grip is about 1.75 in (45 mm).
• This model uses the following adapters for each part:
• Emitter to Switch: 32 mm
• Switch to Sleeve: 32 mm
• Sleeve to Pommel: 32mm

Eno Cordova Lightsaber

• This hilt is 357 mm (14 in) long when assembled as a single bladed hilt. The diameter of the grip is about 1.8 in (47 mm). This hilt will accept a 1" diameter Blade. The interior has a diameter of 29mm for electronics installation. The emitter has a 8mm hole leading to the blade end, enough for wiring to pass through.
• ASSEMBLY: This model uses the following adapters for each part:
• Emitter to Switch: Special included adapter (can be used to attach to other Switch parts of other sabers)

Taron Malicos/Magus Lightsaber

• This hilt is 396 mm (15.5 in) long when assembled as a single bladed hilt. The diameter of the grip is about 1.75 in (45 mm). This hilt will accept a 1" diameter Blade. The interior has a diameter of 29mm for electronics installation.
• ASSEMBLY: This model uses the following adapters for each part:
• Emitter to Switch: 32 mm

Mygeeto Lightsaber

• This hilt is 342 mm (13.46 in) long when assembled as a single bladed hilt. The Dual bladed version is 553 mm (22.75 in). The diameter of the grip is about 1.75 in (45 mm). This hilt will accept a 7/8" diameter Blade. The interior has a diameter of 29mm for electronics installation.
• ASSEMBLY: This saber includes a 17 mm adapter for the emitter, and adapters from 17mm to 24 and 32 so you can mix parts from other sabers. This model uses the following adapters for each part:

Passion and Strength Lightsaber

• This hilt is 271 mm (10.6 in) long when assembled as a single bladed hilt. The Dual bladed version is 455 mm (18 in). The diameter of the grip is about 1.75 in (45 mm). This hilt will accept a 7/8" diameter Blade. The interior has a diameter of 29-30mm for electronics installation.

• This hilt is 248 mm (9.8 in) long when assembled as a single bladed hilt, and 430mm (17 in when dual bladed). The diameter of the grip is about 1.75 in (45 mm). This hilt will accept a 1" diameter Blade. The interior has a 30mm cavity for electronics kits.

• This hilt is 307 mm (12 in) long when assembled as a single bladed hilt. The Dual bladed version is 560 mm (22 in). The diameter of the grip is about 1.75 in (45 mm). This hilt will accept a 1" diameter Blade. The interior has a diameter of 29-30mm for electronics installation.

Valor and Wisdom Lightsaber

• This hilt is 254 mm (10 in) long when assembled as a single bladed hilt, and 451 mm (17.75 in) in dual bladed configuration. The diameter of the grip is about 1.75 in (45 mm). This hilt will accept a 1" diameter Blade. The interior has a 30mm cavity for electronics kits.
• ASSEMBLY: This model uses the following adapters for each part:

PRINTER SETTINGS: No scaling is needed; this model was made to be a life size prop. Measurements for the hilt are in the photos. For higher quality, we reccommend a layer height of .1mm an any FDM printer. We recommend orienting the hilt sections vertically on your printer, and use supports where necessary. It is recommended you print adapters/connectors at a high infill % for strength.
