Hi @alexabw, I appreciate your purchases and all, but to rate it negatively without telling me that the model was not in the collection, even though it was proved that the issue with the corrupted.zip files were not entirely my fault and even though I contacted you to tell you that if there were further issues to let me know, I find it unfair as I strive to make sure that all customers are satisfied with their purchase Regards, blendretommy1441
