The assets look nice and they're all there, but the Blender file wasn't very clean. There were a lot of left over artifacts from the previous full-body model that this was taken off of (including stray vertices, vertex groups, and shape keys). The armature is bare, so you'll have to put in your own IK, constraints/drivers, controls, etc.
