7 model of a BROOKLYN BROWNSTONE REGULAR OLD BUILDING . really good model to use for film, VFX, or game. 4K texture included. PBR ready. normal maps, specular, roughness etc. no triangle or ngon. only quad. uv mapped. easy if you want to change the texture.(all pbr texture included in the pack). i use my model HIGHWAY AND ROAD ESSENTIAL PACK and in the video. be sure to check it out. i also sell destroyed version of this buildings. check out my page. thank you. The UV's were done in a way more reminiscent of a 2000's setup for basic repeating textures and the textures themselves were only 2k as far as I can see. Not acceptable as Cinematic quality model. I'll have to spend hours redoing UV's and Texturing. I reached out to the owner with a message (ironically about purchasing additional items) and have yet to hear back.
