works good if you use zbrush the .obj has no faces on the flat back side to solve it use the .stl file instead it will close the flat back side. you can create a IMM insert part brush then set depth to 0 and then go to the modifier set projection strength to 100 now your brush will follow the contour shape and form to the mesh
