A model of this quality is amazing, especially for this price. with various attachments all your needs will be met, not to mention how aesthetically pleasing and detailed this model is. My only very minor issue was the parts were not separated in unity when I imported them but this was extremely easy to fix as all parts needed were separate vertex groups I could just separate in blender.
TL;DR there is no downside to this model, you get an amazing bang for your buck.
