They were advertised as A perfectly equipped bath and No Bathroom required. The Mosley Folding Bathtub co. produced 20 styles of bathtubs over the years. For example the Antique Mosley Folding Bathtub Ad in this collection depicts a version where (when closed) it looks like a stand-alone mirror. But the Mosley Folding Bathtub 1899 advertising envelope depicts a version where the mirror does not continue down as far and the empty space is used up by two fake decorative drawers.
