ALL IN ONE 2022 Stylized PBR Dungeon Pack JFG V2 and Some Extras 3D Model Collection

This collection is made to buy most of the stylized dungeon assets I made and released up to around 2022 and some extra packs with the same or similar art-style that I made along the way in one package.

NO UNREAL ENGINE 5 or UP TO DATE UNREAL ENGINE GAMEPACK INCLUDED. DUNGEON PACK ONLY INCLUDES THE ORIGINAL V2 2022 FOR UE4.26

• 1.- This package is the one I released originally for Unreal Engine 4.26 as V2 as of around 2022/2023
• 2.- MY HIGH POLY MODELS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE AND ARE NOT FOR SALE. These also are very high size and no plans to make them for sale. Please refer to the pictures and information to know what you are purchasing thank you. This pack includes mostly the finished .FBX and .BLEND files which are pretty much low-poly and optimized for games.
• 3.- NO SUBSTANCE FILES INCLUDED! Final textures only NON-PACKED PBR [5 textures average] AND the UE4 PACKED. [3 textures average].
• 4.- No further 2023 or 2024 updates included. So no Unreal Engine 5 updates included. Gamepack [Uasset project folder for UE4.26] sold as is. It works great with UE4.26 but no further support is added with purchase. Please refer to the technical aspects to ensure it runs in your PC.

ONLY INCLUDED IS THE OLD RELEASE UE4.26 ONE AS BONUS. BUY MOSTLY FOR THE PBR UNPACKED TEXTURES AND FBX FILES. NO FURTHER SUPPORT ADDED FOR THE UNREAL ENGINE GAMEPACK WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SOLD AS IS.

You pay more for the convenience of having all I released up to 2023 in one big pack for my Stylized PBR Dungeon Pack JFG [individual V2 big pack with all assets + all individual asset files as seen in the product pages [same models as the big V2 pack just conveniently separated in individual smaller files for quicker usage] if needed and some small extra packages I am including in the collection].

But keep reading before purchase! important information below about gamepack [Unreal Engine 4.26 gamepack included as extra/bonus] and no support added with it. Please read.

The focus is mostly to get you my Stylized Dungeon Pack JFG V2 [PBR and UE4 gamepack include as an extra] package plus its individual PBR asset releases [if needed for quick usage] included in separated files as needed and some extras. This is made to save time and money if you wanted all my stylized dungeon assets in one big package and also wanted the individual products too for any given reason to have maybe more versatility. I also included a few extras such as one of my stylized rock packs and a clouds pack.

If you only want some of the assets I sell separately. Please check my 3D models in my profile since I have most of these individual releases.

I also have my big dungeon pack JFG V2 as a one-package product if interested too which includes all assets too that I included in some of the individual packs. Just note that the hierarchy and organization of my big pack release is a little bit different and comes in what I call batches which are groups of props I packaged in about 12 sections or batches. Please see my big V2 product page for more information.

The package and collection in this page includes ALL of the separated releases and the big V2 big package. It is more convenient if you wanted all in one go plus having the quick individual PBR release files available to you fast [smaller file size, organized in their individual product files - set-up for individual product release, etc.].

IMPORTANT: If you do not want the individual packages though [smaller file size and more specific towards each prop or small pack] since you also get them in the big V2 package or you also do not want or are not interested in the extras this collection includes, you can definitely skip this and just buy the big V2 pack instead which includes everything too, just again under a big package with different hierarchy and organization but it is pretty much the same and you pay about 10 bucks less.

Any gamepacks for specific game engines, in this case the Unreal Engine specifically will not receive further support in my external marketplaces such as this one. Sold as is. Buy mostly for my PBR textures and models. Thanks!

This pack only includes the Unreal Engine 4.26 version as I released it way back without updates. Made for Unreal Engine 4 only in that time.
