Yes, the Cog at the top would be an issue I think, although some of the finished pieces I've seen Photo's of, have been intricate, so ya never know... But in Future, if i aim any models specifically at 3D printing, I'll be keeping in mind, the delicate bits that may hang out like that.

Hi, I Have completed up to the letter G, Just not finding time to focus on finishing the set. But I Will eventually. I'll make sure I upload "D" for ya, as a freebie for the sites visitors, the complete set will have a price tag when done. I hope someone creates a hard copy on the Rapid Prototyper/3D printer so I can find out any hitches that i'm not aware of yet with the format conversion, as I don't have a 3D printer to test the end result. If it has worked as expected, then I'll be keen to create some SciFi Objects that are floating around in my mind, that'd look cool as a Printed object. Have a Nice day.....

Cool, thanks :) Yes, it would be great to test it out with a printer and see the final result, I don't have one either. From what I've seen, you might have a small issue with the wheel on the top of the B, but it all depends on the precision of the printer. Hopefully some other commenters can try it out :)
