The cement comes into the silo No 1 via a transport pipe. There is a change over gate which takes the cement, to silo No. 2. There are manholes, Nivo pilot (Level indicator), Silo pilot (Maximum Level indicator), over /under pressure valve, sounding pipes and filter with fan etc. on the silo top. There are 6 outlets in the silo from which the cement comes to a common tank. Then it goes to the Air slide and then to the packing plant.
